Mixed Feelings at This Location
scratched floor limited breakfast
The room was quiet and also well-equipped. I will give them that.
I was expecting more from this place. The wooden floor had scratches, and the carpets looked like they had seen better days. The white parts were rather grey. Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and a decent variety of cheeses. The location faces the ugliest building in the area.

untrained staff limited breakfast
The breakfast selection was limited and heavily focused on Malaysian cuisine.. Many dishes contained excessive sugar. Staff seemed poorly trained. I ordered a cappuccino and received hot chocolate. The staff was inattentive. The hardware is nice, but the staff needs more training.

really good staff new equipment quiet location convenient restaurants
Rashdan at breakfast provided really good service. He ensured we lacked nothing. The gym provided new equipment, a great addition to my stay. I loved the quiet location. Most places were within easy walking distance. Many restaurants located nearby proved convenient.
The soundproofing was not great. I could easily hear people walking on the floor above me, disturbing my sleep.

i loved the upgraded room i received. the suite had an unobstructed view of the tower (it was pretty excellent at night).
the restaurant's choices were limited. i waited for about ten minutes before i saw anyone to take my order in the diner (i expected quicker service).

I adored the king size bed. It was a haven of rest. fresh scents always welcomed me back into the room. the room decorations added a layer of charm to my stay, they were lovely. the staff proved to be helpful, offering solutions with grace.
the housekeeping service, while present, sometimes rearranged items. this made finding my belongings a bit difficult. more closable storage would definitely improve the experience.

unique design cozy room amazing dinner variety of food
the hotel design impressed me with its unique and fashionable style, immediately noticeable upon arrival. i found the room to be quite cozy. the silver monkey restaurant provided an amazing dinner, the atmosphere added to the meal. i especially appreciated the wide variety of food options available there.
the sound insulation could improve, as i could clearly hear noise from the floor above which was not so pleasant!

The rooftop pool facilities are great. The greenery adds a special atmosphere, and the views are excellent.
The breakfast was a disappointment, I found poor service and a small selection of items. Most dishes contained loads of sugar. I spent more than ten days here as a family and breakfast was never something to look forward to
