The room was quiet and also well-equipped. I will give them that.

I was expecting more from this place. The wooden floor had scratches, and the carpets looked like they had seen better days. The white parts were rather grey. Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and a decent variety of cheeses. The location faces the ugliest building in the area.

The breakfast selection was limited and heavily focused on Malaysian cuisine.. Many dishes contained excessive sugar. Staff seemed poorly trained. I ordered a cappuccino and received hot chocolate. The staff looked inattentive. The hardware is nice, but the staff needs more training.

Rashdan at breakfast provided really good service. He ensured we lacked nothing. The gym provided new equipment, a great addition to my stay. I loved the quiet location. Most places were within easy walking distance. Many restaurants located nearby proved convenient.

The soundproofing was not great. I could easily hear people walking on the floor above me, disturbing my sleep.
